Thank You!!  

On behalf of everyone here at the Virginian, I'd like to thank the over 600 teams, 10,000+ players, and of course the parents, for a tremendous weekend of soccer. Though only a few can be crowned Champion, you are all champions in our books. The weather was great (if a little warm), the play was fantastic, and the sportsmanship demonstrated by players and parents was exemplary. I look forward to seeing all of you next year. In the meantime, I wish you a safe and happy summer and many successes over the coming year. 

On a personal note, I'd also like to extend my sincere appreciation and gratitude to our volunteers and referees for a job well done. You spent thousands of hours in support of the tournament. You came out every day over the weekend, toiled all day under a hot sun, and always with a smile on your face.  You are the foundation upon which this tournament is built, and the key reason for its success over the years.
